Dr. Zaidi is running a global campaign called “Peace and Tolerance through Human Rights”. The aim of this project is to make people aware of human rights in accordance with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and to motivate people to commit to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030.

Dr. Zaidi believes that the only way to uphold peace throughout the world is to educate the youth of our country and the world, to empower them to demand human rights and to treat them with respect and kindness, love and dignity. She is training youth to become advocates of peace and tolerance through workshops, seminars, conferences, summits, street plays, rallies, walks and marches.

With this initiative, she is doing commendable work to reach all educational institutions in order to ignite young minds and make them active partners for the future. In this endeavor, Dr. Arjumand Zaidi is traveling extensively to broaden the horizons of like-minded people and has reached more than two million people. Many collaborations are taking place to increase the power of humanity and to motivate people to become good human beings for the betterment of society for the generations to come.

Anti Drug Rally

Dignitaries from many countries, 0pinion leaders and policy makers, like the Secretary General of National Human Rights Commission of India, Mr. Ambuj Sharma, and many more, have been a part of her events. Dr. Zaidi spoke at the International Human Rights Conference at United Nations Headquarters in New York in 2016 and in 2018.

Dr. Arjumand Zaidi has received various accolades for her work. She has been presented with numerous awards as an educationist, an environmentalist and as a social worker: for her contribution to education and the empowerment of women, for outstanding work towards the conservation of the environment and forests, for her efforts as a “Human Rights Educator “. She received an Honorary Doctorate degree from the University of South America (USA) for outstanding contribution in social service. In 2017, she received the “Best Educationist Award” and the “Best Women Entrepreneur Award” under the Indian Prime Minister’s scheme, “Stand Up India”.
